We offer a 10% discount for group bookings of 7 women or more.
Please be aware all accommodation has a minimum stay of 3 nights during the months of April to June and September, 7 nights during July and August. We are flexible with your arrival/departure day, allowing you the freedom to arrange competitively priced flights.

Booking and Payment Terms
Once you have the information on availability, making a booking is simple. Let us know what you want to book by emailing (or telephoning) us with the exact dates, you will then be required to pay a non refundable deposit, 25% of the total booking value. If the booking is within 6 weeks of the arrival date, then the full amount is due.
Deposits/full payment can be made by bank transfer, sterling cheque in the UK, or by credit/debit card using PayPal. If you wish to pay using PayPal, please be aware that a charge of 3.4% will be levied for this facility. Please specify at time of booking how you wish to pay.
Bookings will be honoured for up to 7 days, if no payment is received within this time, the booking will be cancelled and the room re-advertised.
The final payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation by the Customer
Once we have received your 25% deposit and confirmed your booking you are responsible for the total cost of the accommodation you have booked. Therefore, please be aware of our cancellation policy;
the 25% deposit is non refundable
up to 1 month before arrival date you are liable to pay 50% of the cost of the booking
within 1 month of arrival date you are liable to pay the full cost of the booking
Alteration by Diva España
In the unlikely event of any major alteration or cancellation, the guest will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund will be given.
Insurance & Liability
We recommend that all guests have full and sufficient travel, personal accident, injury and medical expenses insurance as Diva España accepts no liability for any injury, damage, loss, vexation, distress, disappointment, inconvenience, or irregularity suffered by the guest. Luggage, valuables and all other personal effects at all times and in all circumstances are at the guest's risk.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival rooms will be available from 3pm, however, if you wish to arrive before this we can store your luggage until your room is ready, allowing you to go off and explore the area or use our other facilities.
Rooms need to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. No need to worry though, if your flight is not until late in the day, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to use our facilities to remain refreshed until you are ready to start your journey home.
